Dealing with Dizziness While Snorkeling and Adapting to the Snorkeling Mask

Before using the Greatver G2 Snorkel Masks for the first time, it is recommended to receive training and guidance from a professional coach. If professional training is not available, carefully read the operating manual, ensure the mask fits comfortably and securely without being too tight or loose. Practice snorkeling in shallow water initially and gradually increase your underwater time as you become more comfortable. Beginners should take a break after 10 minutes, and experienced snorkelers should rest after 20 minutes to replenish energy and lung capacity.

Without professional training, unfamiliarity with the water environment may lead to nervousness and rapid breathing, depleting the mask's air supply quickly. Insufficient air intake can cause breathlessness or dizziness. If experiencing difficulty breathing or dizziness, remove the mask immediately by releasing the side buckles, wearing a life jacket, and breathing. Ensure to always wear a life jacket while snorkeling and have at least one other person present for safety.

To prevent fogging in the snorkel mask due to temperature differences between the water surface and bottom, use an anti-fog agent, pre-soak the mask in water before use, and continue using the mask underwater to help dissipate fog naturally.
